How to return items:

1. Downloaded items and sale items are not refundable

2. Returned items must be salable, clean, unmarked, and made within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice with your returned item. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. The shipping costs are not refunded on returns.

3. CDs are not refundable once opened. If it is defective, it may be exchanged within 30 days.
