Personalized, one-on-one coaching to help you grow in confidence and skill at the piano.

Whether you serve regularly as a church pianist or simply want to strengthen your hymn-playing skills, this seven-week training provides practical, individualized instruction based on your current playing and your goals.

Seven Weeks of Personalized Training

This program includes seven weekly 45-minute private coaching sessions with Casie Ravert. With more than 20 years of experience as a church pianist and over 17 years teaching hymn playing, Casie works individually with each pianist to identify areas for growth and develop practical skills that can be used immediately.

Because this is one-on-one training, your seven weeks are tailored to you. Depending on your goals, we may work on.

Congregational hymn playing
Accompanying by ear
Playing chord charts and lead sheets

Who Is This For?

Church Pianist Training is designed for pianists who already have a foundation at the piano and want to develop their hymn-playing and church music skills.

Students should be at an intermediate level or above and comfortable reading notes on the grand staff.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Age exceptions may be considered based on the student's playing level, maturity, and ability to work independently.

Scheduling and Time Zone

All sessions are scheduled in Easter Time. Because Casie maintains a full weekly teaching studio, a selection of available coaching times will be provided when scheduling. Sessions are offered between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm ET Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

If you live outside the Easter Time Zone, convert the available scheduled times to your local time.

Attendance Policy

Because a specific weekly time is reserved for each participant and the training follows a specific seven-week schedule, make-up sessions and refunds are not available for sessions missed by the student, nor can they be transferred to a later session.

If Casie ever needs to cancel a scheduled session, that session will be rescheduled.

Returning Student Policy:

My 7-week training is designed to equip pianists with tools they can develop on their own. To allow of independent growth and to make room for additional pianists who wish to participate, students must sit out three sessions before purchasing another session.
