Shipping Policy

We generally ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Time of year and volume of purchases may affect that. Pre-order items will ship within 5 business days of items being available.

Delivery times vary according to destination.  We ship via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail and most orders should arrive between 5-7 business days of leaving us. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Return Policy

If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us through the contact form, and we will help to resolve it quickly!​

 

How to return items:

 

  • Digital items and sale items are not refundable

  • Returned items must be salable, clean, unmarked, and made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Contact us via email to get return address

  • Please include a copy of your invoice with your returned item. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

  • The shipping costs are not refunded on returns.

  • CDs are not refundable once opened. If it is defective, it may be exchanged within 30 days.
